About me

I connect roles that are often fragmented in HR transformation programs: HR expertise, process architecture, program leadership, system know-how, strategic advisory and change management.

With more than 25 years of international HR experience – including senior leadership roles and global transformation programs – I support organizations in turning HR into a strategic business enabler.

Since 2018, I have been working as an independent consultant, leading and supporting complex HR transformations across industries and countries. My focus lies on bridging strategy and execution – ensuring that decisions made at leadership level translate into sustainable, operational reality.
