About me

I lead and manage people and I develop the best-fit solutions for the different challenges in HR. My main focus is to revise and develop exisiting processes, structures and systems in complex organizational structures (global, matrix) and small companies.

My biggest concern in today’s fast moving business environment is to ensure that processes, systems and structures will properly operate and are also flexibly adaptable in the event of future changes. I stand for a sustainable and flexible setup of the Human Resources function, so it can cope with the challenges of the core business areas and deliver added value.
